PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion without notice if we believe the account is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Access to premium features requires a paid Subscription. Subscriptions are purchased through Polar Software, Inc., which acts as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for Odision Subscriptions. Your purchase is subject to Polar's Buyer Terms and Conditions in addition to these Terms and our Payment Policy.
Upon cancellation or expiry, access to premium features will be terminated immediately with no grace period. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree NOT to:
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
You agree that no adequate remedy exists at law for a breach of the sanctions, export control, or financial crime restrictions in this Section, that such a breach would be difficult to quantify in damages, and that it would cause us irreparable harm. Accordingly, we may seek injunctive relief to prevent or stop such a breach in addition to any other remedies available to us, and you waive any requirement that we prove actual damages or post a bond in connection with such relief.
The Platform, including all software, algorithms, databases, methodologies, and visual design, is owned by Odision and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes during your Subscription.
You retain all rights you already hold in any documents, queries, or data you submit to the Platform, including to Odisi AI or other AI Features ("Inputs"). You represent that you have the right to submit your Inputs and that doing so does not infringe any third party's rights.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign to you our right, title, and interest (if any) in the reports, analyses, and other content generated by AI Features in response to your Inputs ("Outputs"). Outputs may not be unique to you and may be substantially similar to outputs generated for other users from similar Inputs. As set out in Section 6, Outputs may contain errors and must be independently verified before you rely on them.
Certain AI Features are powered by third-party large language model providers. Where we submit your Inputs to such providers to generate Outputs, this is done under those providers' own commercial or API-level terms, which prohibit the provider from using your Inputs to train their own models. We do not use your Inputs to train Odision's own systems beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the Output to you, except where we use aggregated, anonymised data as described in our Privacy Policy.
THE PLATFORM PROVIDES TRADE INTELLIGENCE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS NOT INTENDED TO CONSTITUTE LEGAL, FINANCIAL, TAX, CUSTOMS, OR COMPLIANCE ADVICE.
Trade data may be incomplete, delayed, or subject to revision. AI Feature outputs may contain errors, omissions, or biases inherent in automated systems. You must verify all information with qualified professionals and official government sources before making any business decision.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Odision and ODISION MACROMOAT TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of: your violation of these Terms; your violation of applicable law; your infringement of third-party rights; or any trade decision you make based on Platform data or AI Feature outputs.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Polar Software, Inc. (payment processing and Merchant of Record), AI infrastructure providers, vessel tracking data sources, and email/SMS delivery providers. These third parties have their own terms and policies, including Polar's Legal Terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. We are not responsible for payment processing errors, delays, or failures caused by Polar or other third-party providers.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@odision.io. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice for breach of these Terms, fraudulent use, or as required by law. No refund will be issued upon termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer located outside India, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first contact support@odision.io to attempt resolution within 30 days.

No specific uptime, availability, or support service levels are guaranteed for standard users of the Platform. Service level commitments, including uptime guarantees and dedicated support response times, are provided only under separate agreements with Enterprise customers.
We are committed to providing a platform that is accessible and usable to a broad range of users. We do not discriminate against users for exercising their legal rights or based on any protected characteristic under applicable law.
